DESCRIPTION
Having a system monitor widget on the desktop showing temperatures noticeably
increases plasma CPU usage.
Note that Removing the widget doesn't lower the CPU usage, plasmashell needs to
be restarted. Adding the widget does immediately increase CPU usage.
Possibly same root cause as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=515741 . When
profiling systemmonitor, the flamegraph looks similar.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add system monitor widget to the desktop
2. Select a temperature sensor (bar chart)
3. watch htop -F plasmashell

OBSERVED RESULT
Difference in CPU usage is visible. In my case, with 1 sensor it jumped to ~10%
constant.

EXPECTED RESULT
Almost no impact on CPU usage
