Bug ID: 520818
Summary: [Feature Request] Notes without Notebook
Classification: Applications
Product: Marknote
Version First 1.5.2

Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: General

Target Milestone: ---
Maybe this is out of scope, but I just recently installed Marknote and I quite
like it. I would use it for all my markdown files, which are scattered all
around and organized in existing file structures, so it does not fit in the
concept of Marknotes notebooks architecture.
However, it would be cool if Marknote would support importing existing markdown
files from different places and grouping them in a virtual notebook
"Uncategorized" or something. In the background Marknote could (maybe) just
create the directory and symlinks in it so, theoratically no change in the
current architecture would be needed and "just" the import and symlink feature,
but maybe you can come up with a better idea anyway.
