Please, if you fix this issue, look at all other ones: bug 499696 bug 502855 Because they describe different issues than this bug report. I merged them together because they are all related to Pixel Art brush not handling correctly Mirror Tool set up at half a pixel, and it's confusing to have three separate bug reports relating to, most probably, the exact same issue in the code.
