DESCRIPTION
Focusing/opening window on second screen raise fullscreen window on first
screen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open fullscreen window and regular window on first screen. For example it
can be browser (fullscreen) and konsole (windowed)
2. Open or focus any window on screen 2
OBSERVED RESULT
Full screen window raise on screen 1, other windows that were previously on top
of the full-screen window are now hidden
EXPECTED RESULT
Windows that were on top remains on top
