Stack trace of all threads ~30s after starting kscreenlocker_greet

DESCRIPTION
All of the UI elements of kscreenlocker_greet except for the wallpaper and
clock are invisible. The mouse cursor is visible. Sometimes, if started as a
result of resume from suspend, the wallpaper is black and the clock is
invisible as well.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start /usr/lib/kscreenlocker_greet

OBSERVED RESULT
The lock screen UI is invisible apart from the clock and the wallpaper, or only
a black screen is visible, or the UI elements are very faint and do not react
to anything (looks like rendering is frozen at the first frame).
However, the interface remains functional and it is possible to log in by
finding the password input field through observing the mouse cursor icon,
typing in the password blind and pressing Enter. Nothing else in the session is
affected.

EXPECTED RESULT
The lock screen UI is visible.
