DESCRIPTION
I have two monitors, the integrated laptop monitor and an external 4K monitor.
The external monitor is configured as the primary one and the one that shows
the problem. In addition, I have auto-hide enabled for the panel. This is how I
noticed the problem: After closing all windows, the panel doesn't unhide and
the uper left hot corner stops working. A right-click on the desktop that opens
the pop-up menu restores everything to health.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On the primary external monitor close all open windows.
2. Try to unhide a hidden panel or try to trigger the hot corner ==> nothing
happens
3. right click on the desktop to open the po-pup menu (no need to select
anything)
4. unhiding the panel and the hot corners work again as expected.
