DESCRIPTION
Turning dark theme off and on leaves a thick white outline or the color being
whiter at UI elements like volume bar, buttons, etc.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off dark theme in Brightness and Color widget
2. Turn on dark theme again

OBSERVED RESULT
Some UI elements have a thick white border or the color in it being more white
EXPECTED RESULT
UI elements shouldn't have those...
