DESCRIPTION
I have btop installed on my system, which is a TUI task manager app; it's
present in application launchers and is supposed to open in a new console
window when chosen from such. For some reason Plasma insists on opening it in
Konsole regardless of the default terminal emulator set in "Default
Applications", and if Konsole isn't present it gives up and shows an error.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In System Settings, navigate to Apps & Windows -> Default Applications ->
Utilities -> Terminal emulator
2. Choose any terminal emulator besides Konsole and apply
3. Try to open a TUI app (e.g. btop) from any launcher.
OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole opens regardless of user choice/Error if Konsole is not installed
EXPECTED RESULT
The selected alternative terminal emulator is used.
