Concept Art

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install an app that affects the Default Apps that were picked by the user.
2. After noticing it, go to the "Default Apps" page.

OBSERVED RESULT
The page doesn't inform what app changed, making it difficult to understand
that apps can do that, and that's expected behavior.

EXPECTED RESULT
The "Default Apps" page could inform with a simple text whenever apps change
the Default Apps.
"This app made itself the default." or something similar.
That way the user could be made aware that this behavior is expected, without
sending notifications every time that happens.
