DESCRIPTION
The weather widget loads indefinitely when the machine comes out of sleep not
connected to the network. Because there's no reload button on the widget, there
is no clear way to get it out of this state.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have the weather working correctly
2. Physically power off wifi or otherwise disconnect from any networks
3. Put the machine to sleep overnight
4. Wake the machine up and unlock
5. Connect to the network

OBSERVED RESULT
The weather widget displays a question mark and a loading symbol, seemingly
indefinitely

EXPECTED RESULT
The weather widget retries after a short time and/or has a refresh button
