STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Oxygen theme
2. Open Konsole and make sure the tab bar is visible (open another tab if
nessesary)
3. Start an installation process via flatpak
OBSERVED RESULT
A progress bar appears on the tab flatpak is running in, floating awkwardly and
overlapping the text (see attached)
EXPECTED RESULT
A less clunky placement for the progress bar
