DESCRIPTION
When installing KDE Linux on virt-manager, I was doing manual tests to verify
if everything was behaving like expected, but when I used the Meta+R key to
record part of the screen for the second time, I couldn't interact with the
overlays anymore, but I could interact with the other parts of the GUI.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Meta+R
2. Record the screen and Drag a recording box
3. Begin recording and then shortly after, stop recording
OBSERVED RESULT
The screen recording overlays were frozen and couldn't interact with them
anymore.
EXPECTED RESULT
I'd expect to not have the overlays frozen.
