We just have gotten accustomated to colon because all alarm clocks whatever have been imported all our lives and *they* never gave a flying fsck about finnish standards. They used colon. If it needs fixing, someone has to start from where it has been defined, locally. SFS (http://www.sfs.fi) or something similar.
