It's easy to notice if you have 512x512 canvas at 100-133% zoom, use a Pixel Art brush for example or the Basic-1 brush at small size, and try to go from one corner to another, while clicking up to 10 pixels inside. You'll see that the preview does snap to the exact corner but the line doesn't start until some time later. I think there is also something weird about the beginning of the line, it looks kind of crooked, and the ending might also be incorrect, but it's harder to notice.
