Activity bar broken
DESCRIPTION
I have 2 activities on KDE. One is named "Programing" (minor spelling error yes
😔) and one is named "Webin". Whenever i quit KDE from "Programing", it starts
back up in that activity but the Activity Bar is broken.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Shutdown & Start/Reboot PC from a specific activity ("Programing")
OBSERVED RESULT
Activity Bar has the colored bar above the panel, the text is skewed towards
the top and the widget is not interactable. When moving it around in panel
configuration it fixes the mouse input not being registered but the widget
still doesn't look like its supposed too.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal widget

terminal window): Fedora 45 KDE Plasma Desktop Edition Prerelease
