DESCRIPTION
The world map used in timezone picker has an inaccurate Vietnam map. The lower
part of the 17th parallel line is counted as Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh but in the upper
part (which contains North Vietnam and a part of Central Vietnam) is counted as
Asia/Bangkok especially considering North Vietnam and South Vietnam has been
merged as a country (Vietnam) since 1975.
