STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Screen Locker > Change Appearance
2. Go to another setting.
OBSERVED RESULT
A confirmation pop up appears when no changes were made.
EXPECTED RESULT
The confirmation pop up shouldn't appear when no changes were made.
