Copying selection does not produce a file
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable "After taking a screenshot: Save to default folder"
2. Take screenshot of rectangular region
3. Select a region
4. Ctrl+C

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pressing enter after selecting a region does both (Clipboard + File) but this
is unintuitive, the left hand presses Ctrl+C, the right hand selects with the
mouse, having to press enter requires extra movement, this behavior should be
avoidable with an option to always save screenshots.
