In Breeze icon theme, all monochrome icons inside "apps" folder are being
removed. So toolbar should use monochrome icons in actions folder instead.
So I changed the icon "preferences-plugin (apps)" to "plugins (actions)", and
"ktorrent (apps)" to "torrents (actions)".
Patch is in attachment.
