Graphics settings used for reproduction

DESCRIPTION
Running around in Guild Wars 2 in a Wayland session I noticed sporadic visual
corruption. Once in a while there's bright flash in the lower ~quarter of the
screen. Lasts for maybe a frame or two. It apparently only happens when Vsync
is off.
I don't recall seeing it in an x11 session, although given the strong Vsync
artifacts under Wayland I'm unsure if Vsync off even works correctly in my x11
session.

Might also be related to the ingame frame limiter. I can reproduce when set to
"30" or "60", but so far it didn't happen when set to "Unlimited".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go in game and run around a bit. There's usually a flash within a few tens
of seconds.
(Unclear if the specific map is relevant: Definitely seen it in the major
cities of Hoelbrak, The Grove, and Black Citadel)

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.26.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Attempts to record a video with Spectacle have failed. The corruption doesn't
show up in the recording.
