STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. See the outlines of an item with the File Picker.
2. See the outlines of an item with Dolphin.
OBSERVED RESULT
File Picker is showing squared outline edges, while Dolphin uses round outline
edges.
EXPECTED RESULT
File Picker should show the same outlines as Dolphin, Application Launcher, and
Desktop.
