Screenshot of the occluded channel

DESCRIPTION
Pinned messages on channels that exceed a certain length occlude the majority
of the chat window and can't be squashed down. If there is a setting to reduce,
it is not easily discoverable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to a channel that has a pinned message that has many lines in it (e.g.
https://matrix.to/#/#riscv:fedoraproject.org)
2. Make the window full screen
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
The pinned message will occlude the majority of the text box. The pinned
message can not be resized. See attached image

EXPECTED RESULT
The pinned message should be minimized by default, resizable, or altogether
removable from the view.
