DESCRIPTION
After deleting kwinoutputconfig.json on a multimonitor system, the arrows for
prioritizing the displays are enabled wrong. Moving these once fixes the arrows
until kwinoutputconfig.json is deleted again
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have three or more monitors
2. Delete kwinoutputconfig.json
3. Try to edit the display priorities
OBSERVED RESULT
Wrong arrows are enabled and disabled
EXPECTED RESULT
Only the first and last display should have one of their priority arrows
disabled
