STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Enable and disable 150% repeatedly.
OBSERVED RESULT
The warning spawn with a completely glitched animation, despite having
animations deactivated in System Settings.
EXPECTED RESULT
The warning shouldn't spawn in a glitched animation, and if the user
deactivated animation then it shouldn't have animations at all.
