DESCRIPTION
Pressing CTRL+S in a file without a .txt extension causes Ghostwriter to change
to a different file in the same folder. It always goes to the same file.
Additionally, the file I was typing in disappears from the file tree, even
though it's still there in the file explorer.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a file with no file extension and write some text in it
2. Press CTRL+S

OBSERVED RESULT
The file disappears.

EXPECTED RESULT
The file saves and I can continue editing the file.
