--- Comment #1 from H. Matsuura <[email protected]> ---
I noticed that a potentially related bug has been reported on Freerdp, but I
have no confirmation.
https://github.com/freerdp/freerdp/issues/12835

As described below, I’ve found that it doesn’t work properly on Kubuntu 26.04.

Kubuntu has been updated, I checked the current status.
Even with KRDC 25.12.3 on Kubuntu 26.04, the “|” (pipe) key does not work on a
Japanese keyboard.
The component information is as follows.
KRDC: 25.12.3
KDE Frameworks: 6.24.0
Qt: 6.10.2 を使用中 (6.10.2 でビルド)
Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (Wayland)
Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
Kernel: linux 7.0.0-15-generic

However, KRDC 25.13.3 on KDE neon worked correctly.
KRDC: 25.12.3
KDE Frameworks: 6.23.0
Qt: 6.10.2 を使用中 (6.10.2 でビルド)
KDE neon User Edition (Wayland)
Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
Kernel: linux 6.17.0-14-generic

On KDE neon, KRDC 26.04.01 also works correctly.
KRDC: 26.04.1
KDE Frameworks: 6.26.0
Qt: 6.11.1 を使用中 (6.11.1 でビルド)
KDE neon User Edition (Wayland)
Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
Kernel: linux 6.17.0-35-generic

So, I installed the Flatpak version of KRDC 26.04.02 from Flathub on KDE neon,
but it still didn’t work.
KRDC: 26.04.2
KDE Frameworks: 6.26.0
Qt: 6.10.3 を使用中 (6.10.3 でビルド)
Flatpak
KDE Flatpak runtime (Wayland)
Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
Kernel: linux 6.17.0-35-generic
