STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play a online game or watch YouTube in fullscreen.
2. Lose internet connection.
OBSERVED RESULT
You won't be notified about the connection due to being automatically in DND
while in fullscreen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Just like Low Battery notifications will appear in fullscreen, internet
connection notifications should appear if the user is in online fullscreen
applications.
