            Bug ID: 521194
Summary: KDE Connect (Windows): Plugin settings only persist
when clicking the actual checkbox, not the row text
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kdeconnect
      Version First 25.12.1
       Reported In:
          Platform: Microsoft Windows
                OS: Microsoft Windows
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: windows-application
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

• Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KDE Connect on PC and navigate to "Plugin Settings".
2. Hover over a setting and click to toggle/uncheck the plugin. (UI visually
updates to show the setting toggled).
3. Close the plugin settings window and re-open it. *Note that the change did
not persist (box is checked again).
4. Now, click directly on the tiny checkbox square itself to check/uncheck it.
5. Close and re-open the plugin settings window. *Note that the change now
correctly persists. (box is checked).

• Observed Result:
- Clicking the row text changes the visual state of the checkbox but fails to
trigger the underlying config file save event. Only clicking within the actual
checkbox boundaries writes the change to disk.

• Expected Result:
- Toggling the setting via the row text or the checkbox should yield the
identical result of saving the configuration.

* SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS *
- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (10.0.19045 Build 19045) on Dell Inspiron
Desktop
- KDE Plasma Version: N/A (Windows Build)
- KDE Frameworks Version: N/A (Windows Build)
- Qt Version: Included in Microsoft Store package v25.12.1

* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION *
- KDE Connect Version: 25.12.1
- Application Source: Downloaded directly from the Microsoft Store.
- Notes: This UI focus bug was repeatedly reproduced and verified through
iterative testing, to confirm that only clicking the pixel area of the actual
box triggers the onChanged config write, while clicking the text row only
triggers a shallow visual UI update.
