DESCRIPTION
i set my overview to trigger with the shortcut of `meta` only. sometimes on a
fresh login it takes 3 invocations to get the overview to trigger. it was this
way on my old thinkpad that had an upgraded fedora kde through the years to a
new install of fedora kde on a latitude.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set overview shortcut to "meta" key.
2. have a fresh login.
3. invoke meta key.
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens.
