Title: AMD AMF Encoders Detected by FFmpeg but Not Available in Kdenlive 25.12
Windows

System:

* Windows 11 25H2
* AMD Ryzen 5000 Series with Radeon Graphics
* Kdenlive 25.12.0

Observations:

* Kdenlive uses:
  C:\Program Files\kdenlive\bin\ffmpeg.exe

* FFmpeg reports:
  h264_amf
  hevc_amf
  av1_amf

* FFmpeg build contains:
  --enable-amf

* Kdenlive render profile MP4-H264/AAC uses:
  vcodec=libx264

* No AMD AMF render presets are visible in the Render dialog.

* During rendering, Windows Task Manager shows Video Codec 0 at 0%.

Expected:
Kdenlive should expose AMD hardware encoding presets or allow selection of
h264_amf/hevc_amf when FFmpeg detects AMF encoders.

Actual:
Rendering falls back to libx264 CPU encoding even though FFmpeg supports AMD
AMF.
