--- Comment #3 from [email protected] --- (In reply to luzpaz from comment #1) > Please test latest stable and report back. Testing in 26.04.2 produces some interesting results. When creating a new subtitle, this is what I do: 1. Double click the "Subtitles" track 2. Edit the subtitle text in the provided text editor (example text: "This is a test!") 3. Reposition the playhead in the track/clip editor (just the main editing arrow with the line) to the desired position (center of the subtitle clip) 4. Reposition the text cursor to the desired position in the text editor for the subtitle 5. Hit the "backspace" key in order to remove the space, right before splitting. "This is a test!" -> "Thisis a test!" (notice the missing space after "This"). 6. Click the "Split subtitle at cursor position" button, at this point, the button greys out, but nothing actually occurs. IMPORTANT: This bug only occurs if the subtitle text is updated right before attempting to split the subtitle at cursor position. TDLR; the bug only occurs if the subtitle is attempted to be split RIGHT after making a textual edit to the subtitle content. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
