DESCRIPTION
The "Bug Triaging" text / link on the `kdenlive.org` site footer is shown
twice, right above / below each other. Furthermore, the capitalization of the
footer links are inconsistent. Despite many links utilizing Title Case, some
text / link elements have the second word lower-cased, e.g., User manual, Bug
triaging, etc.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Visit kdenlive.org (the main site for kdenlive video editor)
2. Scroll to footer
OBSERVED RESULT
Footer with inconsistent capitalization with 2 links to "Bug Triaging" and "Bug
triaging"
EXPECTED RESULT
Consistent capitalization with only 1 link to "Bug Triaging"
