DESCRIPTION
When I open a webpage from an external app (like from a link in Akregator) the
frame of the page is not focused, i.e you can't use the keyboard to navigate it
untill you either click on the page or switch to another page and back
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click a link in Akregator, Kmail, Konsole, etc
2. Try to navigate the page with the keyboard (arrows, PgUp, PgDown)
