DESCRIPTION
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On laptop with windows and azerty and bwlgian point culture setting
2. Install kdiff 1.12.3 (64bit) as merge doff tool for git extensions
3. Go to merge conflict press ctrl 2 and notice nothing happens in kdiff
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Line frpm version B being selected
