picture showing Elisa playing an audio and the audio settings, apps tab open
showing that nothing is playing/recording audio.

DESCRIPTION
This is recent; it started about 2 or 3 weeks ago, hence why I am making a new
report.
Elisa is not playing sounds on the selected default audio device. It picks one
device and only plays from it, regardless of what you select as your default
playback device.
Furthermore, the audio settings don't pick it up while it is playing something.

The result is, quite literally, the inability to control the audio output for
Elise.
1 - You can't choose the device that will output audio
2 - You can't adjust the volume for JUST the Elisa software

Note: You can adjust the general volume for the device Elisa uses in the system
settings. I suspect something is blocking it from being properly identified by
the system or the audio bindings need some adjustment.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Elisa version 26.04.02;
2. Add any audio to the playlist and start playing it;
3. Try to change the output device.

OBSERVED RESULT
Elisa keeps outputing audio from the device it chooses, regardless of system
settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
Elisa outputs audio from the device you setup on system settings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I attached a screenshot showing that Elisa is not even detected by the system
while it is playing. (The language on the screenshot is Brazilian Portuguese)

Possible related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=515151 - but this is
specific for Bluetooth devices.
On my setup, I have native and USB devices; Elisa only plays from the USB audio
device REGARDLESS of system settings.

Checked for duplicates on:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=472370 - Doesn't apply to this report, the
issue happens only with Elisa.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=482520 - Doesn't apply to my case, I don't
use audio profiles.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=507447 - Doesn't apply to this report, I
am not using Virtual Outputs.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=512126 - Potentially related, but the time
of the report differs from when this issue manifested on my system.
