Issue in Plasma Login Manager
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a notebook connected to a 4K TV via HDMI.
2. Slightly open the notebook's lid to start booting, then close it.
3. After fully booting (the numlock led lights up) turn on the TV.
OBSERVED RESULT
There's no wallpaper and pressing the [Enter] key and pressing the [>] button
doesn't enter the password I typed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The wallpaper to work and to being able to enter my password.
