            Bug ID: 521274
Summary: Weird pop-up that says I have no brush presets and
Krita itself doesn't have half of the drop down
                    options

This is what I mean when the drop down options and buttons are gone.

DESCRIPTION
Whenever I open Krita, I am hit with a error message that says "There are no
brush presets avaliable. Please enable a bundle that has presets before
continuing.", and when I exit out of it, the Manage Resource Libraries tab
opens up and, I have checked, all of them are active, and working and I have
made no changes to them in any way. Despite deactivating and reactivating, the
same error tab pops up again. This time however, I am able to exit out of it no
problem. Unfortunately, if I try to continue to just open a drawing file, I am
unable to use most of the tools and drop down buttons (sorry, I am not entirely
sure what they are called). I also don't have any brushes avaliable in the
docker and the quick keys stop working entirely

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. It happens around 75% of the time when I open the application and has been
completely random since it started.

OBSERVED RESULT
The error message pops up and when I exit out, the manage reasource libraries
open. When exiting out of that, the error message pops up again but this tiime
when closed, doesn't open anything else. Now, all of the quick keys and most of
the buttons in the drop down menu don't work.

EXPECTED RESULT
The app opens normally

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I can't for the life of me think of any reason or change in files would have
caused this and both problems started at the same time. I've looked through
every reddit and krita artists post and no matter how hard I try, it doesn't
change anything. This makes it impossible to draw or animate, so any form of
solution/diagnosis would be amazing thank you.
