Xorg can't actually apply the ICC profile, it only applies the VCGT and it's up
to apps to apply the rest (which almost all of them don't).

KWin is always fully color managed and I don't intend to change that. If you
set an ICC profile with exactly sRGB primaries, it should have the same effect
though.
