When I double click an .sh script or an executable, it does not execute it, but
instead asks what application to open the script/executable in. The scripts and
executables I tried running had "Allow executing file as a program" enabled.
Issue is not present on COSMIC Files, therefore I believe it's a Dolphin bug.
