KDE Settings "Firewall" does not apply rules to system? (but firewall-config
does)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. ?
2. Set up firewall rules via System settings on KDE
3. Install firewall-config and compare
OBSERVED RESULT
firewall-config shows an empty list of port forwards
kde settings firewall page has multiple entries
EXPECTED RESULT
Syncronized lists.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Been trying to set up Moonlight and Sunshine, this KDE issue is why the two
computers i tested bidirectionally on couldn't find each other unless I turned
the host-side firewall off.
