'Send notifications only if the screen is off' toggled off: I was receiving almost all notifications when the phone was active and inactive/locked. The only issue was Google Home notifications would only show up on my desktop if my phone was active/unlocked at the time or it was a 'stale'/old notification. If my phone was inactive/locked, I wouldn't get the real time camera or door bell alerts. 'Send notification only if the screen is off' toggled on: I'm now getting all notifications, both when the phone is active and inactive/locked. Tested Google Home alerts multiple times and I'm seeing them when my phone is active as well as when it's locked. I haven't thoroughly tested scenarios with SMS (I did receive one notification with the screen locked) and other apps, but agree that toggle may not be working correctly.
