At least 440 people migrating to Linux didn't know that settings won't be under
their own menus

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Search for "Middle-Click to paste", which is obviously in the "Mouse" menu,
because it's a mouse option.

OBSERVED RESULT
To the annoyance of many new Linux users, it's actually in "General behavior"
for some anti-design reason.

EXPECTED RESULT
Move these mouse settings to the mouse settings, or have those settings in both
places.
