Long context menu because of long wallpaper name
When using a Picture of the Day wallpaper, especially from Bing, the "About
(wallpaper name)" button in the context menu displays the full length of the
string. As a result the context menu becomes unexpectedly long, especially when
using the Bing provider.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set wallpaper to Bing Picture of the Day
2. Enable "Actions for wallpaper" in desktop right click menu
3. Right click the desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
Very long context menu
EXPECTED RESULT
The "About (wallpaper)" string is shortened if longer than X amount of pixels
or characters.
