DESCRIPTION
On Wayland "Focus strictly under mouse" behaves the same to "Focus under
mouse". When no window under the pointer exists, the previous focused window
remains focused.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move the pointer over a window, focusing it.
2. Move the pointer to a space not occupied by any window.
OBSERVED RESULT
The focus is still on the window.
EXPECTED RESULT
No window should be focused.
