Settings window, buttons missing, no info why
DESCRIPTION
Pair and configure buttons missing in KDE Settings Bluetooth buttons and no
info if BT service is not started
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable Bluetooth service
2. Open KDE Settings
3. Go to Bluetooth page, find buttons are missing and there is no message about
"bluetooth service not running"
OBSERVED RESULT
Confusion because buttons are missing and no message about the relevant service
not running
EXPECTED RESULT
Nonnegotiable: Bluetooth service status information
Preferably: Grey out the relevant buttons, but never hide them (gaslight risk)
