Issue in System Monitor
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Cause apps to move up or down in System Monitor.
OBSERVED RESULT
Their names aren't being updated properly, only their icon are.
EXPECTED RESULT
Their names should match their icon when they move up or down the list.
