DESCRIPTION
Spacing is broken between Date and Time when the digital clock widget is set to
"always beside time"
Setup is 25px panel, two monitors, one with 125% fractional scaling at
1920x1200 and 100% scaling at 1920x1080

Screenshots show this happening on the top panel (25px), the bottom panel
(41px), and on the desktop regardless of widget size. Shell has been restarted
multiple times but this is consistent within the same session using `systemctl
--user restart plasma-plasmashell.service`, I've seen this not be broken after
a full system reboot but it either comes back during the same session or the
next session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set digital clock widget to show date always beside time
2. wait until spacing breaks (????? genuinely not sure if this is because of
fractional scaling or multimonitor, because I've witnessed it happen both ways)

OBSERVED RESULT
Spacing is broken, ruining readability of the digital clock widget

EXPECTED RESULT
Spacing is not broken, time and date are separated clearly.
