shows the taskbar when in oxygen theme
DESCRIPTION:
Icons on the taskbar become almost invisible [about the same level of black as
the oxygen bar itself] and in Discovery, all the icons show a "file" icon.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to settings
2. Go to Global Themes
3. Select Oxygen
4. Choose Appearance Settings and Desktop and Window layout.
OBSERVED RESULT
Taskbar Icons become almost like the level of blackness of the Oxygen themed
taskbar.
Icons in discovery shows a "file" icon instead of their actual Icons
