[plasmashell] [Bug 521340] Pager (and its kcm) ordering is completely flawed, and KWin ends up with a faulty grid arrangement and unable to access to some of the desktops defined on the Settings.

2nd videoclip demonstration. Not only sizing is the problem, but KWin tries to
follow this bad grid arrangement generation. (fixed encoding)
