Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED

Target Milestone: ---
My Acer Nitro 5 (N20C2) does not shutdown or starts properly.
The shutdown issue:
After clicking the Shutdown button in the start menu the laptop starts to
shutdown and 9 times out of ten will keep on showing the spinning gear icon. I
have to keep the physical power button until the laptop forcefully shuts down.
The startup issue:
After pressing the power button the laptop starts booting. Then 1 time out of
ten the spinning gear icon will stay there forever. I have to keep the power
button pressed until the laptop shuts down and then try again. most of the
times the second time the booting completes and I can log in.
I have this for months now, and update the OS every single update.
